Is JK Rowling planning more Harry Potter tales? Mystery website hints at new adventures

       

         JK Rowling left millions of Harry Potter fans heartbroken when she appeared to rule out any more tales about the boy wizard.But she looks set to pull a new Muggles delight from her sleeve after a mysterious new website appeared on the internet.Fans were devastated last year when Daniel Radcliffe, who plays the sorcerer on the big screen, revealed she had sent him a text message promising not to do any more stories. 

Can you guess what's behind this? 

        However the new Pottermore.com site boldly displays a pair of owls, and a handwritten tease line Coming Soon appears above the author’s signature.The site’s official twitter account already has almost 50,000 followers, and an interactive YouTube page shows a countdown until her announcement about the project next Thursday.The move looks set to generate further hype for the film Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2, which is released on July 15.Rowling’s spokeswoman said the project was 'not a new book' and was not 'directly related' to the movie.She added: 'We are not saying anything more at the moment.'

       Fan websites went into meltdown following the announcement, with some speculating it will be the long promised Potter encyclopaedia while others hoped it would feature new tales about the wizard.The trademark for Pottermore was filed in July 2009, two years after the final book was released.Mother-of-three Rowling, 45, has teetered back and forth on whether there would be more additions to the iconic series.But last year Radcliffe 21, said she had sent him a personal message promising the character had been put to bed. He said: 'It basically amounted to the fact that she felt I'd been very good in this Harry Potter film and as a reward for that she wasn't going to make any more Harry Potter films.'I'm sure she will be writing other books, but I can pretty much guarantee Harry will not be a feature.'The money-spinning series has been credited with helping a generation of children  fall in love with reading.Rowling was a cash-strapped single mother when she wrote the first book Harry Potter and The Philosopher’s Stone in an Edinburgh café in 1995.It has since spawned one of the entertainment world’s biggest franchises, with the movies, novels, theme park and merchandise generating £2.5 billion.

Let's just hope that she'll reveal this 'thing' fast cause I definitely can't wait anymore! XDD What would that be if she had clearly stated its not a 'book'? A new movie? I'd like it if she make an alternate ending to the HP series with my favorite pairing, Dramione in the end. ;) But, an MMORPG or just MMO site couldn't hurt either. ;D

Signs that You're an OBSESSED KPop Fan.

I'm here, voicing out my opinions about how some people came to support the KPop scene and live for it and live because of it (I know, how ridiculous the term like "I might not live without SHINee, "BigBang is my life" etc can be =.=). Korean wave had started long since the drama 'Winter Sonata' being aired. Its just another step further now that the boyband@girlband make their appearance and became a global sensation. I used to like Korean drama and then it started to fade away as more people started talking about it (I got easily bored by stuff). But now, I think I'm getting obsessed with it (not as obsessed as how some might be, but still, you know, I got a few things on the list too, so yeah..).Okay, so here are the signs and reasons of being too obsessed with a Korean celebrity or any other celeb for that matter, so that you can know yourself and better start practicing some self-refrain to avoid any form of harm done.

"Ya! Don't mess with K-Poppers!" much?

(Side note: Please excuse my lacking skills in English.)
Yes. I've read so much of this lately. Honestly, what's up with people these days?
ELF, Shawol, VIP, Cassie, Hottest, Blackjack, SONE, B2UTY, Kamilia, Wonderful, and some other I don't bother listings. Surely you'd know what they stand for,eh? What? Not?
There's always Google then! Ha! They're basically the name of some K-Pop group fan-base.
I'm a K-Popper myself. ELF, Shawol, VIP and a Gamer  (its for Kyuhyun,if its not that obvious anyway). 
Alas, I'm pretty annoying a.k.a disgusted with how some people behave. Try to live in reality,would you?? I mean, they'd go to the extreme just for their idols. Wait in the rain,cold or heat just to see a glimpse of them? Okay,that's still fine by me (I might do that too..). Leave hate comments to those that bash your boys@girls? Erm,that's still considerable (I mean,I'm guilty as charged as well *cough*). Threaten to kill if they still continue their bashing? Eh,wha-? Ridiculous. Torture and insults some of those lucky fans that could get close with their idols until they got too depressed and lost the will to live and eventually commit suicide? That's bloody unforgivable and totally mental! 


There's this news about a girl, old story, I know, yeah its the case of Lee Eun Ji. She really like Super Junior. One day,she appeared in Star King (she went from 87kg-47kg in just 3 months?? Talk about some people's determination) and she took a photo of her with Kangin. So,yeah,a few die-hard-fans went to attack her with hateful comments and insults. They even got her phone number for heaven's sake! In the end, she committed suicide due to over-depressed. Go here for the full report and here.

The headline reads,'SuJu fans are killers'. Wth? Because of some irresponsible prat, everyone has to take the blame? Okay,enough with that. Another one I've read about is a Japanese boyband, Kat-tun. There's this member, Kamenashi Kazuya who got bashed by his own fan?? Let's say they're maybe not his fans, but still, they're Kat-tun's fan right?? I won't talk much about this. Just type Kame and the Yarakashi incident and google it yourself. :p

So, recently, there's this huge event in Malaysia. Its a gathering for the youth and the ministry (or as I heard) had been as kind as to invite Super Junior M to perform as the main guest for the night event. I'm not surprised if the lots of people there just went to see SJM :P Of course I'd very much be one of them if I could go (ㅠ_ㅠ oh,poor me can't see PrinceKyu!) The crowd were screaming and brought banner/blue light stick/boards etc along with them just for SJM. After their performance ended, the crowd were getting smaller and smaller until there's just a pitiful amount of people left for the local artist to perform to. Anyway, some of these artist went to whine at Twitter about the unfairness they've been receiving and accused SJM for almost everything (really people?). Psh~ Its not like its their faults you obnoxious excuse of a human being! Cough *ehem* cough. Anyway, it looks like this news has been spreading fast among the Netizen and there's been some rumors about ELF threatening to kill the cave-woman (Mila) in question for insulting SJM (or so the 'Magazine' said). The headline from a scan of the cover of a magazine above reads like,'SJM die-hard-fan threaten to kill Mila' (its the small part where I highlighted blue there. Yea,its not really a headline,I know, anyway..). I can't see the need to kill a person just because they insult some people that doesn't even know our existence (sad fact,but I have to admit it *sigh* ㅈ_ㅈ).
